Lovely stay here. Great complimentary breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice heated pool and barbeque area. Very friendly and helpful staff. We love the hot drinks available all day. The rooms were a good size with kitchenette and extremely comfortable. The only issue we found was the sporadic cleaning. Sometimes not emptying waste bins, sometimes not replenishing toiletries and coffee etc. But we did get clean towels everyday which we appreciated. We would stay again if in the area as very convenient to parks, restaurants and outlets.

HomeSuits By HiltonIts wasn’t what i expected for a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast between 06.00-09.00 which for us as tourist, is early since we like to sleep a little longer. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly. However, the price of the accommodation was much higher compared to resorts close by which have more swimming pools, fitness and amenities.Overal 6.5 / 10

My recent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was disappointing, primarily due to an unnecessarily rigid and inconsistent approach to guest service. The most frustrating experience occurred when I asked the front desk for a single milk from the breakfast refrigerator to help put my toddler to sleep. I was asked why I needed the milk, yet still denied after explaining the situation. I was told the milk was “only for breakfast” and instructed to drive to a store late at night, despite the fridge being fully stocked and the fact that breakfast was included with my stay. Rules regarding beverages had already been flexed elsewhere during my visit, which made this strict enforcement over one milk feel arbitrary and unreasonable. The rooms were nice and spacious. Loved having the mini kitchen. The pull out couch was actually very comfortable! And the location is pretty central to all of the theme parks. The staff here is wonderful! Unfortunately, my family won’t be staying here again because the breakfast food was consistently cold everyday. The eggs and sausage are just placed in a case, with no heating elements to keep it warm. Other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at had much better and warmer breakfast options.

Check-in was easy as I did the digital check-in. Though it was a major holiday, Thanksgiving, my stay was still enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my time there.
