I have stayed at many hotels but this hotel by far has surpassed most. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. Starting with Jonathan who helped me with my room and early check in. He was super helpful and professional. Then both shuttle drivers James and George made me feel like I have been knowing forever. They were also helpful with recommendations on places to eat and super friendly. The hotel itself was super clean and updated. One of the best stays I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Orlando.

This hotel and its staff are truly exceptional. Due to an unforeseen situation, we needed to extend our stay for a significant period of time, and from the very beginning, the team demonstrated outstanding care and professionalism. They were consistently attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with efficiency and kindness. Communication was clear and timely throughout our stay, and we were always treated with genuine respect. The property itself is well-maintained, with impeccably clean common areas, an excellent fitness center, and convenient on-site laundry facilities. 1. We arrived on December 30 on a 4 night trip and all went as expected upon arrival with the exception of parking, there was none and I parked on a curb.|2. The next morning I noticed that the room door would activate the door dead bolt upon releasing the door knob and it would do it 2-3 times, this was while trying to exit the room. |3. The morning of the 31st there was hardly any breakfast at 9am, just bread, cheese, coffee and juice so we went out to eat. This issue was solved on the morning of the 2nd so we never ate here, my guess is that they were fully booked but not prepared for such volume.|4. The room thermostat just reads the room temperature, it lets you manipulate the temperature but doesn’t really work. I later discovered that the A/C unit controls worked so I was able to ad

Positive: Hospitality make me feel welcome super clean and convenient in distance to the airport restaurant and stores they also provide shuttle to the airport and restaurant and stores around within 2.0 miles. The breakfast is good too! Negative: They don't provide wheelchair, I hurt my knee during my flight and couldn't walk without assistance but I let the front desk if they can accommodate me in the 1st fl. to make it little bit easy for me. And they didn't hesitate helping me out!

I highly recommend this facility!!! The free shuttle service they offer to their guests is such a wonderful perk! It includes service to Orlando International Airport as well as to local restaurants and shops within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The drivers are welcoming, friendly, courteous & helpful. Especially James & George (Go Pats!). The desk staff is awesome! The housekeeping staff always takes the time to say, "Hello" when they see us. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but I was very happy with this experience. I will certainly stay here again if I'm in this area again.
