Home2 Suites by Hilton Loves Park Rockford

This was a wonderful surprise! Large rooms that include microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, glassware some cookware and utensils. The room and the bathroom were updated and very clean. The lobby is large and has plenty of room for breakfast. Didn't use the pool or fitness room but they were large and clean. I'd gladly come back.

Very Nice! Staff is so friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning. All bedding is cleaned well. I even tip housekeeping staff because they go over and above to make your room comfortable. Very nice gym, pool and laundry facility. Great location. I would give more stars if I could.

Positive: It was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious. Negative: Bathroom could have more counter space.

Outstanding service from top to bottom (last-minute reservation to departure). Keith (night shift) was phenomenal, as was Rose, who took his place at the front desk and helped me sort my printing challenges using the business center. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism you and the rest of the Team provided. The room and services (including the gym and breakfast) were all stellar.

Had a reservation at a great block rate but a week out they cancelled our reservation. Oddly enough there was a lacrosse tournament at the local sports complex and rooms miraculously became available at a much higher rate. We also had to scramble to find a new place to stay and there were barely any rooms available anywhere in the area, all were very expensive. I travel constantly for work and have a very high status through Marriott and IHG. Only a gold at Hilton because I try to avoid them due to these type of experiences. Once again not seeing Hilton shine on their customer service or hospitality.
