I wish I can honestly give 0 stars because I would! So last night on 2/20 I go to check in with my kids first red flag all systems are down so I’m like ok,can I still check in? Amee the front desk receptionist standing there scratching her head is like yes but ummmm I’m not sure who’s in what room and what room is cleaned and ready for me to give out. I have to go up to each room to check so me the most patient person ever I’m like ok no worries go ahead I’ll just run to the car give my kids a heads up being that I’m taking a long time. She returns after 15 mins or so and tell me ok 419 but I have to open the door with my master key because systems are down again I’m ok with that. She also states she can’t take any payment from me until further notice AGAIN completely ok. My exact words we

Everything is fine about the home2suites Hilton edison. They maintain a tidy environment around including room maintenance for every 2 days. Breakfast menu and service is good. Adrianna service in restaurant is good.she regularly check for menu items and she quickly prepares them in case of shortage. Had a pleasant stay

Hotel was nice. Customer service was ok. Some of the customer service reps had attitude. Hotel charges a parking fee of $5 a day. I was told from rep that the hotel is not obligated to advise customers that are booking a room that there hotel charge a parking fee. Rep stated that the parking fee information is on their website and if you book through a third party vendor it's not the hotel responsibility to insure that the third party vendor has the parking fee on their website. Which I feel like if a customer book a room and spending over a certain amount of money, parking should be free. Another thing parking was horrible. Never had a spot to park at the hotel. Had to risk my vehicle getting towed by parking in red roof parking lot. Parking sucks. Especially when they are charging you fo

This is our 2nd time staying here this year and we just love this hotel. It is a lovely hotel and the staff there are very friendly and helpful, especially Peter. The hotel is very clean and reasonably priced. They have breakfast in the morning and coffee service all day. Hotel is pretty quiet although our heating unit was quite loud. I am sure we will be back in 2026!

Positive: Clean. Good amount of space. Negative: The staff chased out my roommate to make her pay the daily parking fee. My roomate was walking to her car and the staff member ran out the hotel to make her pay. It appeared that the staff forgot to charge us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.
