Hilton Garden Inn Edison/Raritan Center

I drove into Vermont to visit my a few of my friends and booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday. Overall we had a great stay. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. I brought a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake to surprise her and asked if they could bring plates, napkins, forks, champagne flutes, and extra towels up to our room — everything was delivered promptly and with a smile. The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable. This also seems to be the nicest hotel in the immediate area and is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment options, which made our stay even better. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison for a quick overnight trip and it was a solid choice. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a comfy bed and good A/C. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that it’s close to the highway and lots of restaurants, so it was easy to grab dinner and get back on the road. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the little fridge and microwave in the room were handy. Breakfast was basic but decent — hot coffee, eggs, and a few options to start the day. Overall, a reliable, no-fuss hotel for a business trip or a stopover. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The lobby has the feel of a resort hotel but the hallways to the rooms are same same. The rooms are older style but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet for about $19 or ala cart can be had as well. They have a small bar as well. Impressive hidden hotel.

Positive: I felt like the staff members were overworked (there were 6 guests in line when checking in and the phone rang 3 times while waiting to be checked - and 1 front desk guy) - but he handled every guest with kindness and was helpful. Negative: It was old and needed updated

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edison, NJ while attending an event in the area and we had a great experience staying there. The hotel was spotless. The staff were incredibly courteous and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed... including a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. Also super cool was a functional, well-equipped business center so I was able to get work done as well. The location is also a big plus. It’s right off the freeway and within a 10-minute drive to a wide variety of stores and restaurants, so everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Definitely a solid 5-star experience.
