Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus, IN

Me and my clan were passing through on our way back to Ky and everyone was pretty tired from the long drive. So, we decided to look up hotels near by. Let me say I searched through several that where available before landing on the Home2 Columbia location. All where over priced and seemed sorta run down. We didn't physically go in these other locations but just by pulling up to the buildings and getting that first appearance we where debating on just continuing the drive. Til we came upon this location. Wow, the price was right and the size of the room for our party of 5 was great! Everything was neat, clean and in order. Staff was extremely friendly. Carla at the front desk was great!! Also, the very nice lady with dark hair. They both went out of their way to help us and just to chat. We really appreciated that. Our room was very clean and the workout room was top-notch. Excellent breakfast.

Positive: Huge room wonderful light and full size fridge. Breakfast was one of the best and most varied ever in a chain hotel. Negative: Nope

Excellent hotel!! We stayed for a baseball tournament and the hotel was clean and nice but the staff was the real shining star. They went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we had a great experience. Including a minor mixup with a room type they promptly made right and helping with breakfast in the morning. I stay at many Hilton’s and this one is Highly recommend!

Monica is a gem! She worked to adjust our rate to our original wedding block rate, made sure we had two upper floor rooms in good locations, gave us a beautiful welcome, and was available all weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service and people skills are outstanding. Monica truly wants to give each guest the best experience they can have. She also had such a caring relationship with staff members along with great energy. The GM (sorry, forgot the name!) was also very welcoming and enthusiastic with guests and staff. Both women were juggling multiple tasks while greeting and helping guests. What an awesome female power team!
