Positive: It’s very hard to say anything good due to the cockroaches. They’ve never heard of bleach clearly because everything looked dingy and dirty from the sheets to the towels. Negative: The humongous cockroaches and dirty linens.

Room was nice and spacious and they had well-priced openings when we needed it due to a snowstorm. The staff were very nice and answered questions we needed when we called them on the phone, without trying to upsell us or refusing to answer our questions (like some other hotel in the area did). Would stay again. I also liked the 90s retro styled carpet and quarter machines. It was a fun little blast from the past.

Bed was clean, bathroom was clean. Floors look dirty but it’s actually not. Whoever actually did the renovation got floor glue all over the place. They are pet friendly. Didn’t see any bugs or bed bugs. Units are no smoking but someone was smoking next door. Neighbors were inconsiderate and loud. The hallway is carpet and hasn’t been vacuumed in sometime. So there’s debris. The outside of the building doesn’t match what online shows. The outside of building is old and there’s a lot of cigarette butts with debris and it just looks trashy. Main side doors are always open and is a safety issue. The breakfast was just cereal, lukewarm coffee, and waffles at around 7:30am. Wasn’t very happy about that. Especially for the price. Not worth it!

Driving up to this hotel, I knew that it wasn’t going to be a good experience. The outside was not shown on the pictures and looked very old. It looked like an old motel that was purchased and renovated. Check in was a decent process and the price was fine, but what I found next made me want to leave just as quick as I checked in. I found stains on the bed spread and there was a weird smell. After asking for new bedding, the front desk clerk changed her attitude turns me. After I made the decision to leave and find a new hotel. The lady was not friendly anymore and ask “what else do you need” as we were trying to turn in our keys. This was not a good experience at all and will not recommend this place to anyone.
