We stay at a lot of hotels across multiple chains, and this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a 5-star review. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly—even just passing them in the elevator, they were kind, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel was super clean, and we loved the spacious room layout and large shower. The setup worked perfectly for our needs. Breakfast was excellent; even when we came down a bit late, there was still plenty of variety. One morning they were temporarily out of eggs, but more were brought out promptly upon request, and the staff was very kind about it. We also loved the 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot cocoa station. The ice machines worked great! I could go on and on—this was truly an exceptional stay. I can't recommend

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference. THE GYM IS AHHHHMAZING!!! The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the full kitchenette — having a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes made it so convenient, whether for quick breakfasts or late-night snacks. The layout felt modern and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the common areas were well maintained and inviting. It’s clear that comfort and practicality are a priority here. Overall, Home2 Suites is a fantastic option whether you’re traveling for business, relocating, or just need a comfortable extended stay

This brand new Home2Suites in Chelmsford is amazing! My mom and I stayed 2 nights. The staff were very friendly the whole time we were there. This hotel has 5 floors of very spacious rooms. We stayed in room 516. The hotel is right next to the 495 highway. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The kitchenette is very convenient for longer stays. The room had a closet and plenty of drawers for storage. The shower had good water pressure and we had no issues getting hot water. The free breakfast was very good! Had plently of options with eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, waffles and yogurt. In the lobby they also had a 24/7 coffee and tea station which was great! Parking was easy as well. Today 2/9/26 I tried checking in here and the old lady at front desk told me I can't check in and that she is not saying I am a bad apple but people have been doing drugs here and therefore I can't stay unless I pay $250 for security on top of what I am paying for the room. FYI: I'm black!!!

Clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast and great professional staff.
