Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Hotel seems a little old and could use some updating but that's not a reason not to stay here. Beds were comfortable and clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice and changed slightly each morning. The pool had confusing operating hours but was clean. If we come back into town in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Positive: Clean, modern, room-size. Negative: ALL ice machines and juice machine was broken for the duration of our stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, towels were not replaced and bed not made on one day; had to get towels from the front desk. Staff not that responsive.

Cute little hotel. It is kept very clean with staff always cleaning it all day. Breakfast staff were so friendly and attentive, and they remembered my son each morning. The pool was small but nice, and same for the gym. The rooms are a little smaller than some IHG hotels we have stayed at, with no pull out couch. But the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the counter space in the room and bathroom for putting out stuff comfortably. They arrived immediately when we asked for blankets and more towels. We would stay there again.

Rudest, most aggressive employee I've ever encountered, completely ruined our stay and management offered no customer support but to allow employee to threaten us. Our group was screamed out, threatened to be kicked out and call the police for cheering after a touchdown. There were ALSO MULTIPLE other people NOT with our group watching, and we had only been there for ONE HOUR. I can understand if someone had asked us to quiet down, however, there was zero warning. The employee was aggressive, unwilling to have a conversation and our group was forced to leave the lobby with no consideration. We were completely shocked. This was the ONLY night we had planned to relax at the hotel as we had had a very busy schedule with early morning plans the previous nights. I can understand trying t
