Customer Reviews
The hotel was absolutely sparkling clean and smelled incredibly fresh. Our room was immaculate and spacious—I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. From now on, we’ll only stay at Home2 Suites whenever we travel. Every staff member was beyond friendly and helpful. Demaris went above and beyond by bringing us dryer sheets from her own car when the hotel was sold out, which meant so much to us. Mark at the front desk during breakfast was also incredibly kind and welcoming. This hotel is a solid 10/10. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. If I had to nitpick, the water wasn’t quite as hot as I prefer—but the water pressure was amazing, so it’s hardly a complaint when everything else was perfect!
Positive: Best hotel we stayed in the entire trip. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, etc Negative: ""
I'm a Hilton Honors member so I stay at Hilton hotels pretty regularly when traveling. This one is a great location for visiting our college student! The TV in our room was terrible this visit, the color was faded and just awful display. Otherwise, this hotel always has exactly what we need. We travel with small pets and this is pet friendly. Super clean rooms and of course comfortable beds.
Clean, friendly and nice towels. We stopped for the night. The only issue we had was they didn’t have but 2 charge ports in the room. Breakfast was good, but if you wanted better then good then go out to eat. I do wish that those who come onto a floor have respect for those in their rooms. Especially at night please be quiet when getting off the elevator.
My wife and I used to stay at Home 2 Suites all over the country but now I would never stay there again. Recently we were looking to stay at the Home 2 Suites in Albuquerque but they didn't have any rooms with a king bed available. When I went to close out the website I accidently booked the room. I discovered my mistake and the fact they added an extra $92 taxes and fees onto the price I immediately attempted to cancel the reservation. They cancelled the reservation for me but wouldn't reimburse me for the room. That being said I was charged $277 for a room that we didn't even stay at and they refuse to reimburse my money. I am beyond frustrated!
