Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk

I just want to let you guys know that I had a horrible experience with this place. Almost a week before my arrival, I called and verified my confirmation. While verifying, I made sure that our group was able to stay with age restrictions. I was told that as long as the person renting was 21 years old, we could stay. I am over age and was acting as the guardian, as the person on the phone told me to do. Upon my physical arrival to the hotel, I was denied my reservation. This is highly unprofessional. The fact that this place put 4 women out on the street after confirming my ability to stay here is absurd. The lady at the front desk did not give any sympathy or reasoning as to the difference in information. We were just told that we could not stay here after having a reservation for a week p

It's a hidden gem right in the middle of everything. I was able to walk tobso many things i hardly used my car. The room was well appointed and clean. Staff are all super warm and friendly. Being here in February made the indoor pool, lazy river and hot tub a great feature.

Loved my stay here, the staff were great and really helpful, ideal location in the heart of the environment so nice if you like to be where it's all going on. Going back to stay at the hotel again this year 2026. Definitely would recommend to stay at the Holiday Pavilion Resort on the boardwalk

We def recommend going in December best time ever to have the beach to yourselves love the atmosphere so peaceful. Go for a walk to grab a bite and enjoy the warm pools at this resort. Rooms are very clean and the value for your money is top! The location of the resort makes it easy on traveling to other restaurants as you can leave your car in the parking lot everything is near by walking distance from breakfast to dinner! And drinks as well.

Positive: Location Negative: Yes, very deceptive advertising ,they have another building attached to the high rise that doesn't show when you're booking, I booked based on the photos and the high rise building and ened up In an old building facing the court yard where people smoke.
