Holiday Inn West Yellowstone by IHG

Good water pressure and temperature in the shower, oversize shower with dove products. Double sink with Dove products Coffee station and sundries available. 2 elevators, free parking. We walked to nearby restaurants and tourist shops. Beds were comfortable, clean room.

My daughter and I stayed two nights while visiting the park. The staff was great, as was the on site restaurant. Lucas at the front desk was wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful. Richard was our sever for dinner at The Branch. He was great. Awesome service and great food. The breakfast hostess, Breahna (spelling?) was pleasant and cheerful. I will definitely recommend this hotel and return in the future.

The service at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone was top notch. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. LOVE the warm cookies and ice cream available in the lobby. Branch restaurant wasn't the best to be honest. But the hotel and staff are lovely and its location is a perfect gateway to the park.

We were fortunate to secure last minute rooms here as we had a mishap with an Airbnb. The front desk staff were super nice. The rooms were ok- heavily used and the tv service was intermittent. Conveniently located for winter use. Plenty of parking for big trailers/snowmobiles. The roads were all snowy and icy so walking was a little difficult, but the hotel was centrally located to walk to most things. We did a tour into Yellowstone and the service picked right up at our hotel. Lastly, washer and dryers are very nice, but they close the doors at 10, not sure why! There is a free tea and hot chocolate bar, a small snack store and the branch restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet, at the time we were there, for $18. We had dinner at the Branch, but not breakfast. They also had a nice poo

Large, clean rooms that are easy to spread out in to relax and work. Best part is the help. I booked a room with Geoff and requested a king which was unavailable at the time. He made some notes on my booking about my preference and when I showed up 5 days later, voila!, I had a king. Thanks Geoff for the friendly welcome and thanks to the rest of the staff for making annual stay so enjoyable.
