Holiday Inn Titusville - Kennedy Space Ctr by IHG

I stayed here for business and my mother was with me. She said check in went smooth (she checked in before me) and that everyone was really nice. The whole stay everyone was so nice. Is it the brand or the town? Regardless, Kate and our server one night, Destiny, were great and at the end of the trip I had to extend for about a day and Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful in making that happen. Was so much easier doing that at the front desk than online. Breakfast was pretty good and better than most Holiday Inn Express’ that I’ve been to. Also all the wait staff at breakfast were amazing and extremely cheerful as well. Loved staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Titusville in the future.

We love this hotel! The staff are super friendly, Devon checked us in super fast upon arrival and she was an absolute delight. The room was extremely clean. The bar and grill in lobby has great food as well, which is awesome to get checked in after a long drive and not have to leave the property in sesrch of food. This is our go to hotel when catching a carnival ship. We have stayed here many times and we will be back.

I called ahead to check on availability and talked to Nancy. It was her professional and kind attitude on the phone that made me choose this hotel. She answered all of my concerns and went above and beyond normal customer service. I worked in customer service for over 36 years as a bank manager and I use to tell my fellow employees that the only thing we could do for orgive our customers better than "the bank down the street" was terrific customer service! That's what keeps customers and that's what brings in new customers. As long as you hire more employees like NANCY , you will keep customers coming back as well as recommending you to friends and family. This Holiday Inn is very dated. Rooms were not serviced with care and attention to detail. The TV remote was antiquated and station selection was tedious. Carpets need cleaning! The K Cup coffee-maker would not brew an acceptable cup of coffee. And to top things off, a note ws left on the few remaining clean towels stating "Laundry is slightly backed up. We were unable to get fresh towels for your room....There will be towels at the front desk if needed." Really! Never had that happen in a hotel before.

We stayed here before a cruise out of Port Canaveral the next day and couldn't be happier with the experience. Devin and her co-workers at the desk are hospitality rock stars, from what to do, where to find a car wash, to where a good local waterfront restaurant can be found; they have the answers! Room was immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. We didn't use the pool or exercise facility, but they looked well maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the parking areas were clean and well-lit. It's a short 30 minute drive to the port from here, and I highly recommend other cruisers consider this location when staying over the night before a trip.
