Unfortunately pretty run down and dirty. Hottub had muck in the corners and a piece of gum. Majority of the building seems to be being repaired or renovated but the place just doesnt seem to have itself together. Gettin old. Was surely a fancy place when it opened but pretty run down at this point. Not the worst Ive seen but probably wont come back. Wasnt a lot of staff available either but the blonde lady at the front was good to deal with.

Great hotel with perfect location right on the beach. We had a walk out suite very accessible for my dad who doesn't walk very good, pool directly across the hallway and parking lot out front electric parking everything we needed within 50 yards. Hotel could use some more updating but staff was kind and attentive and everything was clean. Highly recommend for families.

This is our second time staying at this resort. The first stay was in the winter for a hockey tournament so we had a team discount which made this property seem quite luxurious for the price point (under $200/night), especially considering it was a suite. Based on that experience, I booked again this May for a weekend away with my spouse and I. Unfortunately it was not quite the same experience. The good: - very friendly and helpful front desk staff that allowed us to check in early - great location: lake front, private beach with lounge chairs, a short drive and medium walk to the "main drag" of shops and restaurants - very comfortable bed and pillows which seems standard with Holiday Inn resorts The bad: - the property is really showing its age despite some moderate updates li

It's the staff that make this place extra special. From the very professional and couteous Brandon at check-in who was so friendly and accommodating to anicipating our every comfort. To meeting the charming dining host Saurabh at Sol, to having Fritz greeting us the next morning. Excellence. We ended up changing plans and extending our stay as this staff was able to attend to our needs and comfort and ensure our stay was wonderful. Havin had a slight concern on a matter, this team comes together to ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered. An absolute pleasure and we will be coming back!

Terrible customer service, worked a 10hr shift then drove from Richmond to Osoyoos Holiday Inn. Wait 10 mins in the lobby nobody is at the front desk, then when they arrive they tell me I cancelled my reservation even though I have a confirmation email from the third party app who I booked through. I speak to the 3rd party provider and they confirm that it wasn’t them who cancelled the room and that it was the Holiday Inn that cancelled my room. I travel for work and stay in hotels 5 days a week using the same third party app for all my bookings and they never let me down. I would stay clear of this hotel this is the second time I’ve had issues with them and bookings, go down the road in any direction and you will find a better place to stay.
