Park Inn by Radisson Osoyoos

Very comfortable room, reasonably quiet considering it looked into the highway. Clean and well appointed with good amenities and fluffy towels. Continental breakfast generous and ample. More choices of fresh fruit, oranges and bananas in addition to apples would have been nice. I liked the jammy eggs, my partner is more hard boiled. Walking from the newer building breakfast outside without an awning a bit of a surprise, but not onerous. Phil not only welcomed us like VIPs, he also called to check on us after we had settled to make sure all was OK. My concerns about the wine fridge not keeping our snacks cold enough was unfounded, but his kind and generous offer to chill things for us was just the reassurance a great customer focussed receptionist does! Had a good stay in October 2025. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and attentive. We stayed in the new building, rooms were spacious, and I appreciated how secure the building felt. Having to go outside to access the main building and pool facilities wasn’t my favorite in these cooler temperatures, but we enjoyed the hot tub! I’m deducting one star for the view of the parking lot (although location-wise it’s reasonably walkable), and the quality of the furnishings (even though the rooms are recently renovated the walls are already starting to scuff, and we could hear noise in the stairwell quite clearly). But overall a comfortable stay at a great price!

It was our first time staying here and hopefully will not be our last. |The check in at this hotel was perfect. The lady that checked us in was such a blessing after our 11 hour drive. The explanation of the free breakfast and how to get to pool and room etc was just the right amount of information without it being overwhelming. Breakfast was simple eats but area was clean and a great option if families are not large eaters for breakfast. These days its a treat to have respectful and professional encounters with staff. |The parking was easy and never had an issue finding a spot.|Room we were in was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was typical for a window a/c. Sound etc.

Phil was a fantastic host and made us feel welcome. The check-in was seemless and well planned. Phil called me in advance to ask permission to run the pre-auth to save me time and I happily agreed. If only all hotels hosting hockey teams would do the same thing!! The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Check in with Phil was a riot. Loves to make jokes. Was able to get me a luggage rack as we didn't have enough room with our luggage and didn't want to put it on the bed. Heard a humming noise all night the 1st night. Told Guru about it and he was able to make it disappear. Thank you! No hot items for breakfast but we made some.
