We arrived to the most positive staff members. The rooms were so clean and all the amenities were very clean. The restaurant was nice but also casual and so very accommodating. The staff was absolutely the best. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. The outdoor pools were heated and clean. I absolutely loved every part about my stay. Thank you to everyone

Positive: We enjoy the location, and the quaintness of the hotel. it seems to be a bit of a hideaway hotel for us. Negative: A family with young kids refused to get them to stop running and jumping up and down on the wood built hotel, the noise at times was unbelievable. We had 1 room cleaning, but they missed replacing the dish rag, and towel, also there were no oven mitts.

We got an email regarding our stay and we decide to make a new reservation.| We had a mountain view room which was upgraded by a beautiful girl working at the front desk as it was our anniversary. Patricia and such an amazing personality. We would love to come back but while making the reservation we read this recent comment and now thinking about this person mentioned ,....makes us think twice ..................... The question , is that person still working there ?|Booking other hotel seems a better option if he is still working there.

Respect and basic courtesy should be expected when speaking to guests. We called around 9:00 a.m. on Sunday the 20th and spoke with someone who identified himself as the supervisor. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant. He did not listen to what we were saying, and his tone was rude and quickly became aggressive.||||Because of this interaction, we chose to make our reservation online instead, which was much easier and spared us from dealing with such unprofessional behavior. This was a very disappointing first impression, and we sincerely hope we do not have to interact with this individual during our check-in and have a wonderful experience as it is our anniversary

This review is for our stay in June but it looks like much hasn't changed since then. I used to love this hotel, but unfortunately, it’s really gone downhill. In the past, you could BBQ and eat by the pool, but they’ve taken that away. The restaurant was also closed in the mornings, so we had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. The restaurant manager was very unprofessional and needs to invest time in training her staff. Overall, the customer service was poor and felt very unwelcoming. One of the hot tubs was under construction, and the noise made it hard to enjoy the pool area. The rooms are outdated and in need of a refresh. On top of that, the towels weren’t properly stocked after cleaning, which was frustrating since the front desk was not helpful. This hotel seems to cater more to
