Hotel is in a good location. Offers a restaurant in the hotel and a great snack area if you feel inclined. However, the room appeared great at first but it definitely had remodel vibes. Additionally, we found a bed bug in the middle of the night. We immediately checked out and went to another hotel. The service was great when we checked in but when we showed the person at the front desk during the night shift, they simply offered an apology and another room. No indication of cleaning the room, what to do before we moved rooms to avoid bringing any of the bed bugs with us, and certainly very little concern for the hotels current state. Also when we had our hotel reservation site call the management desk for approval of a refund, they indicated they needed to "investigate". Considering I lit

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, there was hair in the shower and all over the back of the bathroom door, thick dust everywhere, carpets were filthy. There was also no safe in the room and no water cooler in the hotel, the coffee milk sachets provided were also expired. I complained about the cleanliness to 3 different people before anyone listened and was then offered to move to a room on a floor above it was nearly as dirty but it at least had hot water as the other didn't, the bedding looked like it had been slept in and was covered in hairs as were the towels, i think this was from the housekeeper. The reception supervisor is the most unfriendliest person and was usually dressed in casual clothes, and looked like she just woke up most days while wearing a bonnet, the only friendly

We always visit Orlando, and on this occasion we stayed at the Holiday Inn near Vineland Outlet. The location is excellent, very convenient, in a quiet and tourist-friendly neighborhood. We didn’t need a car, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the servers. Breakfast was delicious and very well varied, and unlike other similar hotels, everything was very clean and the food was fresh. We highlight Breakfast Area. Thank you for welcoming us and taking such great care of us. Our children loved the burritos! Photos taken by my husband are attached.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando I-Drive Theme Parks from December 20th through December 26th. We chose this hotel specifically because it is advertised as pet-friendly. We were traveling with our two 9-month-old puppies and planned to spend time at the theme parks during our stay.||This trip was especially meaningful to our family. Christmas Eve marked the five-year anniversary of my mother’s murder, and we intentionally chose to be away from home during an emotionally difficult time.||On December 21st, we visited our first theme park. As a precaution, we left both of our phone numbers with the front desk in case there were any concerns regarding our dogs. We returned mid-afternoon to let them out and encountered no issues or complaints.||Later that evening, upon ret

This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn and we were amazed by the hotel and the staff! The hotel looks so new and the room was so beautiful! It smelled great and the bathroom looked like a spa bathroom! The lighting and the spacious shower felt like one you would want in your own home! In most hotels the lighting is dinging and the shower has a tub but this was very modern. The hotel staff were so nice! From the front desk to the amazing restaurant staff we were treated very well! The room price was excellent and our breakfast was included in our room rate and it was worth it! Parking was a bit much but because the hotel is conveniently near many of our attractions it was semi worth it! They do offer courtesy shuttle services to theme parks which will save you on paying for parkin
