I was nervous to stay here because of all the terrible reviews. But I attended a conference and a room was included with that (I didn’t pick the location) Overall, the experience was good. Things I did NOT like were the location right off the freeway. At night, the noise from the freeway was so loud I had to sleep With my sound machine AND earplugs and would highly recommend you bring some if you were a light sleeper like me! The rooms were OK and I do agree that the housekeeping staff needs to be more thorough, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies and do my own additional cleaning before I settle in anywhere… the pool and hot tub need a little TLC. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Albuquerque-North I-25 on Jefferson St, and it truly felt like a 5-star experience. The rooms are amazing — modern, high-tech, spotless, and the most comfortable beds ever. The whole place has a luxury feel while still being warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, too. Raj at the front desk was outstanding — so kind, helpful, and accommodating. He really made our stay special. The hotel also has a great pool with a water slide (which I’ve never seen at another hotel!), plus a gym, bar, restaurant, and delicious breakfast. If you’re staying in Albuquerque, this is the place. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is excellent and service is good. The room is clean and large with coffeemaker, refrigerator, micro and safe. The bed was comfy. The shower was awesome! There was some road noise from the freeway but really not bad.

The hotel was in a convenient location, the room was spacious. One elevator was broken and the one that was left was questionable. I didn't feel safe in the elevator. It has a pool and hot tub. The hot tub had too much chlorine in it and the slide was closed indefinitely. The breakfast was very good and they had free coffee in the morning. Parking was good. The place is dated and in need of updating.

Highly recommended even with the noisey elevator; my partner and I used it reliably a few times to do laundry on the first floor. Close to Costco for refueling and Walmart for recharging my car. A very scenic city and very safe hotel with breakfast & a bar.
