Holiday Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport by IHG

This hotel looks great when you first walk in. It appears to be very nice and clean. We unfortunately didn't have that experience in our room or the pool. The pool and hot tub were not maintained and not clean. There was mold on one part of the pool wall, very bad build up stains on the sides of the pool walls, and the hot tub was green and smelled bad, not like chlorine. Our main reason for our stay-cation was to go swimming so we were very disappointed. The floor in our room had carpet with stains all over. There was something nasty on the rack of our fridge. The good news is that the beds were clean. I inspected them. They were fresh and the pillows were very comfortable. At first, we had high hopes. Staff are extremely helpful and informative. Hotel seems to be recently updated. They come with a small gym and pool. We are from California, so it is a lot better than a lot of hotels in California. Kids are excited. Beds are tall.||Well, plumbing seems to be an issue here and faucet situation isn’t working very well. For whatever reason, I can’t completely pull up the lever so half of water goes to shower and half of water forcing the drain to close. It was a bit of a puzzle to use the rubber mat blocking the drain to keep a shower going.||We got in around midnight and needing a good sleep. The fire alarm went off at 7:30 and on/off for 10 min…. ||I worked out in the gym. It is small and not well cleaned. The mat needs to be wiped twice. First wipe was comple

I loved this hotel! The area is super calm, you'd never think it was near an airport! The rooms were very clean! I must also say that the way the bathroom layout was renovated is amazing, I have never seen anything like it before! I will hopefully stay here again!

The staff (Management, Front desk and room service) of the hotel were amazing, friendly, accommodating and go the extra mile.The hotel furniture and amenities may require further attention, but generally I was very happy staying there.

Destiny and Robert at the front desk are amazing. No need to ask they already know what you need. The rooms are really clean, our room service by Gabriela G was outstanding. Breakfast served by Daisy was above average. Telling us were we needed to vist. We were here a year ago under the remodel a bit under par. GM Will great staff and thank you!
