Holiday Inn Roanoke Airport-Conference Ctr, an IHG Hotel

Positive: Nice, newer hotel. Negative: Confirmed a $25 pet feed on the phone on arrival was told it was $75. A continental breakfast free at most hotels cost $9-7. Yet there were no eggs or bacon. Saw a cockroach the size of a half dollar in our room. Would not stay there again.

Love stopping here normally. Im passing through the area and need a room and food space i specifically booked this hotel because they have a restaurant and alcohol. When I showed up it was randomly closed for no reason, according to staff they randomly close it unexpectedly on different days. Had i know I would have chosen a different hotel so I dont have to order out now. The staff did credit my IHG account points but still really annoyed by the restaurant being closed when their hours online state theyre open Tuesday to Saturday (today is Wednesday)

This hotel has is all! Very clean, updated, endless amenities. At check in Melinda was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating while we worked through our frustration booking on a third party site. Our room was very comfortable and love the Keurig. Cool onsite bar/ restaurant. We didn't even make it to the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had an excellent stay. Good hotel location, the room was clean and quiet. Check-in and all personnel were efficient. Good beds, responsive heat. Food was available in the evening so we didn’t have to go out and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was available for an extra cost but wasn’t any more than at a fast food place and the coffee was great! The price was also reasonable, compared to other places nearby with lower ratings.

Stayed here for the night. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast attendant was super nice and respectful. Only thing that caught me off guard was the 5 Dollar parking fee. No biggie, but unexpected. I will stay here again next time I visit family in Roenoke, VA. Great stay.
