Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG

We had a truly had a good stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, the buffet has a great variety, and everything is clean and well-maintained. A big part of what made our experience exceptional was the service from Soledad at the buffet. We were staying in room 711, and she was always so caring, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived each morning, she greeted us with warmth and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and positive energy really stood out and made our time here even more memorable. Thank you, Soledad, for going above and beyond. you truly made our visit special.

Positive: We love taking our staycations at this hotel. Our kids love the resort. Negative: We got a 3 bedroom room. Loved the room but the fan was broken in both large bedrooms and both rooms got really hot at night. Alot of lights were out.

I really wanted to like this hotel. We usually stay at one of the Disney resorts but because we were doing other activities other than Disney we decided to stay off property. We loved the location of the hotel, close to many attractions! MEH and sorta just dirty is how would describe this hotel. We chose this hotel for the suites that had 2 bedrooms and bunk room and the water features. The suite was spacious and the kitchenette was nice but there was many issues. The floors were dirty, made feet and socks black! The kitchenette was missing many key pieces to eating including no toaster or drinkware. The lighting in the bathrooms were terrible for trying to put on makeup and contacts. The bunk room had no door. The stairwells just were dirty too. And during our visit the one elevator was b

Ultimately the worst hotel experience that I have had. I'll start with the good as that list is must shorter. The location is good, about 7 miles from Disney and 10 to Universal. Ubers were about $20. The quality of the hotel and staff are poor. We were places in a building that didnt have an operating elevator. We were also placed at the highest floor of the building without an operational elevator. This made getting bags or coming over going from the hotel pretty difficult. When brought up to the staff it was mentioned multiple times that they were sorry. I did confirm that other rooms were available, just not offered.
