Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista by IHG

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. Due to scheduling, they worked it out for us to check in early. When our flight was delayed, they stored our luggage for the day so we could get out a bit. When we returned there was about an hour left. They graciously let us sit inside at the Tiki Bar. All around great staff! Rooms were clean. Pool set up was spectacular! They had food and goodies available to purchase, but all pool games for the kids! Inside there is a nice arcade and movie room for the kids. Felt like a true resort. Towel service for pool included. Highly recommend!

This was my 5th time staying at the Holiday Inn Resort. I drive a Motorcoach and usually bring high & middle school band and orchestra to Orlando. As always, I have a very nice comfortable stay. The rooms are spotless & the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping staff do a great job.|I'd like to give a salute to Ancel & Luis Perez. They both went out of their way help me & one of my coworkers. If you like to swim, the outdoor pool is massive, and they have 2 nice hot tubs.|There is an Applebee's on property. Landry's & Saltgrass Steak House are right next door.|There us a Ford's Garage restaurant just down the street. All great places to dine.|Always look forward to staying here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando – Lake Buena Vista. The hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff were kind and professional. I had a luggage issue during my trip, and the hotel team was very supportive. They kept my bag safely and communicated with me clearly, which gave me peace of mind. Special thanks to C. and A. for their help. I truly appreciate it, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Hospitality done right. The staff here have been nothing short of incredible. From Danny at the front desk, Judith the activity person at the pool, Lisa the bartender and the list goes on. They all take the time to personalize your experience at this facility and are beyond friendly and thoughtful. Location is excellent. Many of the guests we encountered were return.visitors with similar experiences to ours. It's our 3rd time here and will definitely return . Can't say enough.....

Positive: Friendly staff, nice pool area with hot tubs, great price. Negative: Our room was as far away from front as you could get… long walk for carts, breakfast etc.
