Holiday Inn Piscataway - Somerset, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Piscataway - Somerset. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The hotel was spotless — rooms, lobby, and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The food was also excellent, fresh, and full of flavor with great options for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Booked this place for a quick overnight on the way to visit family for Thanksgiving, I didn't expect anything fancy but I did expect it to be a newly renovated Holiday Inn that would treat us well, with nearly 100 nights at IHG and Diamond status, which entitles us to upgrade when available per IHG program rules. Our experience worldwide is that we almost always get upgraded to the best available room or suite, with the exception of hotels that are sold out. And you don't have to be a genius to figure out hotel occupancy. You can check on the IHG app at any time to see available rooms.||||When we arrived in the evening, no mention of any upgrade. Positive: It was old but clean. Negative: Very large hotel lobby. Way too much walking for a senior woman traveling alone. However, a very nice hotel male worker did help me with my last two bags from the elevator to my car parked out front when leaving. I was very thankful for that help.

My stay at Holiday Inn Piscataway Somerset was excellent. Manager Rupali went above and beyond with her friendly and positive attitude, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Her staff was just as friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the food was fresh and very good. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!
