Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset

I’ve been staying at this hotel for about five months, and Lindsey at the front desk has been amazing. She’s always so warm, patient, and helpful, and every interaction with her has been a pleasant one. She has helped me solve several issues during my stay, and I really appreciate how kind and professional she is. Breakfast is also great with plenty of options, and the omelet bar is definitely a highlight. Overall, I’ve had a very comfortable stay here, and Lindsey is a big part of what makes this place so enjoyable. Thank you!

We like Embassy Suites for the indoor balcony design and the plants that typically fill the lobby and atrium. This one did not disappoint in that area. The lobby/atrium/breakfast area was beautiful. Breakfast was very plentiful and very good. They gave us a room on the first floor near an exterior door, which was thoughtful of them since we had our dog with us. The room needed a few minor repairs - cracks and scuffs in the bathroom - but it was clean and comfortable. There was the cutest dog made from towels waiting for us in our room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed here for 4–5 nights while attending a wedding in the NJ/NY area. We chose this hotel for its spacious suites and budget-friendly pricing, as we wanted a consistent "home base" without the hassle of switching hotels. The Service & Check-In: I had a bit of a rocky start. I called ahead to request a specific floor/location, which was confirmed, but the assignment was changed twice before we arrived. When we checked in late at night, the promised room wasn't available. However, the front desk lady was incredible. She handled my frustration with a genuine smile and quickly found us a similar room that met our needs. Kudos to her for turning a stressful arrival into a positive experience! Positive: The breakfast is fantastic! The overall stay is quite comfortable but I wish there were queen size beds instead of double beds. Beds are comfortable but not spacious. Love that the bedroom is separated from the living room with a door. Negative: There are double beds and I like Queen size beds when 2 adults are sleeping in a bed together

We stayed at Embassy Suite for multiple nights for out of state visits. The room was spacious, clean although outdated. Most staff were helpful. However, there were a couple of individuals at the front desk that just appeared to be grumpy and hate their customers. First of all, the front desk doesnt hand out receipt. You have to ask for it, even tho they charged your credit card receipt. Then, if you did jot request a receipt on the spot, good luck for trying to retrieve a copy of the receipt. I was calling the front desk one night for a receipt, the gentleman whose name starts with H (only referring to the gender but absolutely not the manner or behaviors) at first hang up the phone twice. When I finally reached him on a third call, he flat out refused to send me a copy of the receipt, c
