We have stayed at other extend stay americas, it is always a wonderful experience. The rooms at this location are a little smaller than other locations but still very accommodating. The staff was wonderful and helped with everything we needed.
Shopping for real-estate, this is my 6th Extended Stay in 7 months, not going for number 7, informed the front desk that their clients have been sniffing around my room, 2 types of people watch you in a hotel, criminals and people with a mental defect. Not paying to be anyone's friend at this location. The next OUT PATIENT I catch sniffing around my room will be my last day, can continue my search from any respectable Holiday Inn Express, more expensive peace of mind was just informed that I'M PAYING TO TEMPORARILY LIVE IN A HOMELESS SHELTER/ out patient Psychiatric facility, I'll be wrapping my business up, Got a room @ Holiday inn
Trash. Don’t even get me started. Already dealing with corporate over this place. That should say enough. Absolutely filthy. Fake amenities that don’t even work. Gnats flying in almost every room. Had to buy a tennis racket bug zapper and fly traps. Pathetic.
Positive: I feel at home when staying here. The attention I receive is worth the return. The fact that the staff knows my needs is wonderful. Negative: Nothing
A very poor experience! |Sofa bed for the third person in our group was very very dirty, like never been cleaned, disgusting! I immediately complained but they said that there was nothing to do.|The lobby is dirty.|The breakfast is basically coffee
