While this place is in a good location, has a decent breakfast and a super fun pool area, the cleanliness on this place is beyond lacking and disturbing. Stayed January 16th to 18th, 2026. I have done housekeeping before. I know the hard to reach areas to check when I enter a room. Hard to reach does not mean do not attempt to clean. Just walking into our room there was a plethora of hair in the entryway and by the sink. There is a decent size gap between the bedframe and wall. I found someones attraction ticket from 9/20/2025!!! A green bouncy ball, various trash items, and a growing pile of dust and filth. It is very clear that these rooms are not and have not been attended to properly in a very long time. Room was very nice. Mattress too hard for us so was very rough nite. Add to that the parents that can't keep their kids from running up and down hall and playing tackle football in the room until 1130 pm after my second call to front desk. I dont blame front desk. Parents should be more respectful

We stayed here for one night in late October 2025 — checked in late, left early, so this review is based on a short stay. The big attraction at this hotel is, of course, the indoor and outdoor water park. The outdoor section was closed for the season (as expected), but the indoor area was spacious and of decent quality. Unfortunately, the water slides were out of order during our visit — we were told they were under maintenance. Still, the kids had a great time splashing around for about an hour in the morning. The fitness center, on the other hand, was a bit of a disappointment. It’s tucked away in the basement, in a small, cramped room with old, low-quality equipment. Honestly, it felt more like a storage room than a gym. I lasted about ten minutes before my motivation gave up complete
