Holiday Inn Express Walla Walla

The thing I liked best about this hotel was its' dog friendly policy. We were charged $20. to have our dog join us in our first floor room. That seemed totally reasonable to me. Thank you. |I enjoyed your pool and hot tub. I used it both upon check in and in the early morning. (Thank you for having early opening hours). The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. I appreciate the "non-throw-away" products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner).|The breakfast was tasty with plenty long hours of service. My only complaint is the total use of throw-away plastic flatware and glasses. Many hotels have gone to real metal flatware and glasses made of glass. I would love to see you follow suit.

I’ve stayed here twice now visiting a loved one in Walla Walla. The location for me is great. It’s very close to the highway, to the person I’m visiting, and about a 5 minute drive to downtown. You’ve also got a coffee shop right in front of the hotel. This hotel is a little dated, but still clean and a good value for the price. I spend $250 dollars total for 2 nights. The room was large and clean and the bed was actually super comfy. The lighting kind of sucks for getting ready but that’s not the end of the world. The bathroom (like most hotels) was a tiny bit moldy from people not utilizing the fan but the shower had impressive water pressure and was clean. The staff could be a bit friendlier. They weren’t rude or disrespectful but also not super welcoming like other IHG’s I’ve stayed at

The room was nice. Great location. Being a Paltun Elite member, I had an experience that I haven't experienced in any other Holiday Inn. I was stuck in the elevator for a while when it guit working. The Staff handle it very well and got me out. Thank you so much for great stay! All of your staff was excellent!!!

Great location. Front desk was understaffed but she made it work. The lil store in the lobby had very little. I walked to the Comfort Inn next door to buy some ice cream 😀. Our room (301) was very clean. Comfy bed, decent TV. It advertised a mountain view. I could only see the trees planted next to the building and a bit of parking lot. The breakfast area was small but decent. There was a nice outside courtyard that had a fire that was nice to sit by. We really liked Hot Mama's coffee shop across the parking lot.

Desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and early/quick check in. Received a room upgrade due to diamond status.||Room was a bit shop-worn. Frayed hole in foot cushion. Stains on chair fabrics. Torn sheer curtains. Bathroom was excellent - low threshold shower, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and clean.
