Holiday Inn Express Tucson Airport

The room door doesn’t close completely. The TV is difficult to work: must select input to get channels. CBS, NBEC, FOX missing. The channel guide they provided is worthless—see picture included. Early morning noise from departing flights.

At $500 for a 3 night stay we expected much better. What did we expect to be better? Lets start with the water....dark gray water coming out of the sink is never a good sign. And it would have been nice if a sign was placed in the lobby to let us know not to use the water. Spent the remainder of our stay using bottled water to brush our teeth. DISGUSTING!!! Hotel also needs to be bulldozed and completely rebuilt....old looking hallways, old looking paint, small eating area, no onsite restaurant for guests that dont want to go out. Area around the hotel full of homeless people. Streets around the hotel cracked, potholes and awful. I'm sorry but this is not the image that any business or city should want to present to first time visitors. Message to hotel manager: Bulldoze the hotel

They were having water issues which we weren’t aware of until we checked in. However everything was clean, couldn’t hear any planes, was pretty quiet. Right by the airport so it makes the preparation for the flight easier. The staff were best part of this place. Mandy and Jose were so kind with any help and questions. Seemed like genuine sincere people.

You will love the cool soft pillows. I had nothing short of an excellent experience with this property and staff. Front desk staff, breakfast service & staff, atmosphere was calm, quiet and easy. Big screen TV, excellent WiFi everywhere, cold water in lobby 24/7, very diverse snack place at reasonable pricing, I can't say enough but I will go on about how clean the entire establishment is kept! Spacious rooms, complete & not cramped at all bathroom. Shower rocks, bed is super comfy and even though it was 100% full I can't believe how quiet it was at all times. Staff rocks, very helpful with just about any request. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here.

The room was clean and updated. The shower was pleasant and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express. I had an early flight and its located 1 minute from the airport. I wish I knew that they offered a shuttle service but next time I visit Tucson I will use it.
