Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee - I-10 E by IHG

One of the better run and nicer hotels that we have stayed in. Jennifer at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the staff. Susan, the breakfast- room hostess was an absolute delight. Could not have come across as more pleasant and professional.

We stayed one night for the Savana Banana game. We were permitted to check in a couple of hours early. Clean establishment. Bed is more firm than I prefer. Waffle maker was broken. Hotel was packed, probably sold out. They kept breakfast items stocked and fresh, keeping up with the crowd. Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, coffee, and juices. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the interstate. Hotel was quiet, despite the number of people booked.

What we have come to expect at this hotel brand. Clean , well decorated. Surprisingly quiet since it near interstate. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ready early. Would stay again.|Only negative was bathroom fogging over . Maybe needs updated venting to prevent that.

We're club members and stayed at 2 other express locations this week. Very disappointed in the blatant disregard for room cleaning. Obvious things were missed liked hair in the sink and soap mildew in the showers. They may have even forgot to mop the bathroom floor from the looks of it. The most disturbing thing was the stains all over the pillow protector. These can be taken off and washed but clearly laziness was displayed here. As if I wasn't annoyed enough housekeeping came knocking at 9am to "clean" the room. Be aware and post your sign if you don't want to be disturbed before check out.

Great location, great service, breakfast was unexpectedly nice. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but the service was good. Pool was refreshing.We got a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant which we used which was also good. Would stay again.
