Holiday Inn Express & Suites Willmar by IHG

Jessica at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. We were unfortunately hit by a car on Highway 12 just east of Willmar where our car was totaled. I can’t say enough of how Jessica made us feel safe and secure right after our car wound up totaled in the ditch on its side Not only was the service and care Jessica provided top notch, but the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I like that. They have soft and firm pillows and the hotel was very quiet. It was convenient to be able to walk over to the green Mill to eat I would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn express in Willmar

So so many irritating little things. We arrived later than expected, around 9:45pm. I had planned to switch my payment method upon arrival, but was informed by the front desk clerk that they just process the payment around 10:00pm if the guests haven’t arrived. I saw the charge come through as I was walking in🙄 we were bringing our bags inside at 9:50pm. Whatever. The lady realized she messed up, and offered to have her manager address it in the morning, but Christmas was the following day. |We get to our room, I bee line for the toilet, and there sits toilet paper and black flecks (?) in the toilet🙃. Was very happy to stay here. Right away the staff were very friendly and great during check in. The room was very clean- which is something that I care a lot about. The sheets, mattress, and furniture were all in decent condition making for a comfortable stay where i wasn't grossed out. I was so happy to get a good night's rest after a long travel day. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Visited during NHL playoffs and NFL Draft night, and was quite busy for an area were there is not many people or things to do. Simon was working the front. He made me feel very welcomed and like it was coming back home rather than visiting a hotel. Very engaging and inviting for an eventful evening. Would definitely recommend this location if you're in the area.

Wonderful Hotel, great breakfast! The pool was clean and warm. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend!
