Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Willmar, MN

This establishment is such a treat to have in the area! My grandson has been coming here for years for his birthday party as they fall in December . The staff is always so accommodating. Dakota always goes above and beyond to make sure things are always going smoothly and guests are taken care off! Housekeeping had the place looking good , everything nice clean and tidy rooms nicely stocked! Shout out to the pool lady who definitely is amazing with the children and definitely has her work cut out for her. Everyone had an amazing time again this year! Shout out to Continental breakfast cook it was a nice spread! Thanks so much for another awesome year country inn and suites!!!!

Great safe and clean place with friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast. There is hot coffee available all day. I gave 4/5 for service because I asked housekeeper to clean room and she didn't get to it until day after. When there is an extended more than a week stay, they clean every 3rd day if desired. I asked on day 4, and it was done on day 5. Otherwise, great place.

Due to short notice, a death in the family, I chose Comfort Inn, because I’ve stayed at your hotel many times. It was a nice place. I didn’t care for the lack of room service. The whole time I was there, there was no room service. I didn’t feel I should have to contact them every time, if I needed anything. Also, I couldn’t understand why the price to stay change would change everyday. The first day was $177.00 plus the other fees. For three days, the total was well over $600.00. I don’t know the exact amount because I haven’t received the bill yet. My wife and I usually stay at your hotels when traveling, because we’ve always had a nice room and good service. I sure we will continue to do so.

Jessica was super friendly upon check in! During our stay, we did have an issue with someone being rather creepy at the pool door when my grandchildren were swimming, I called Dakota at the front desk and he immediately took care of it. Please thank them again for me, they made our stay very pleasant but also made us all feel safe!!! Dakota, please know how very much I appreciate you dealing with that very unpleasant situation! Jessica, keep smiling! Your smile is infectious!! ||Mr Fiest, please know these 2 are tremendous!!

Room smells mildewy. Otherwise, room was large and clean. Parking was always available. Hotel location is easily accessible. Hotel was my 3rd choice (other two were full). I would choose the other two (Willmar Event Center) over this, but it's a good option if only staying a night.
