Days Inn by Wyndham Willmar

Travelled to Willmar for a wedding, booking was easy - I called the day before just to see if we could check in early so we would have time to get ready, the person I spoked with was very accommodating! Checking in was seamless. The rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable! The room had a microwave and fridge which was nice. The reason for the 3 ⭐️ is the back door which I was told required your key to enter did not work, which I found out first hand, so there is a rock to keep the door propped open. Continental breakfast was great, nice variety - waffles were amazing!

Positive: It was clean and relatively quiet. They allow dogs. Negative: People loitering about in the stairway made me uncomfortable. One guy was staring down anyone who came into the parking lot from a window in the stairwell and it was weird.

There were urine stains on the comforter.(I have pictures to prove it)When I brought it up to management, they tried to make it seem like it was my fault for not reporting it sooner. I had already been there for two nights, but I was working night shifts and didn’t notice right away. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the customer. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else

Absolutely disgusting! Rude staff, homeless looking people “cleaning” , using that term loosely. I think they just spray some cleaner in the air but that doesn’t even help the moldy, curry smell throughout the place. Rusted fire sprinkler, furniture dented, scratched, broken. Food debris and fingernail clippings around edges of room. Towels almost brown color, hair dryer rusted, broken. No lid for ice bucket, no sink drain, spots on mirror, walls with holes, stains, cracks, lampshades yellow, cracked. Outlet plug loose and shorted out. Worst of all , I decided to wait out our stay but when I complained to front desk needing a working hairdryer and the keys still not working at any door (safety issue for any women getting locked outside) the owner/manager not sure bc he refused to give me h

I had a excellent stay the staff was wonderful and very helpful i got injured they went out of there way to assist me from my vehicle to my room as well making sure I was comfortable and the same treatment way before I was injured clean facilities top to bottom and very affordable i stayed there from October to January.
