Comfort Suites Waycross

I had a really enjoyable stay at Comfort Suites, and I want to highlight both the quality of the hotel and the exceptional service I received from Jillian at checkout. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. exactly what I needed. Everything felt well‑kept, and it made settling in easy. I also appreciated the indoor pool; it was a relaxing way to unwind and added a nice touch to the overall experience. What truly stood out, though, was the way my stay ended. Jillian handled my checkout with a level of professionalism and warmth that deserves recognition. She was friendly, patient, and made the process quick and smooth without ever making it feel rushed. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. The workout room had weights, treadmill, stepper and bike but no water in the room.||The room was nice, large with a couch and the bed was comfortable. Our tv wouldn’t connect but a service technician came up within 15 minutes and fixed it.||The breakfast needs improvement. They were out of both orange and apple juice and the fruit and cereal needed replenished. The staff lady was sitting in the back on her phone rather than taking care of the food.||There’s a Mexican restaurant just a short walk away so very convenient.

The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. Common areas were clean and well maintained, and everything felt organized and calm. The location was also ideal—conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.

The rooms were great… the pillows were a little outdated. So glad I brought my own. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The blonde who checked us out… Jillian I think was her name. Her specifically, she had a smile on her face and was quick to handle our checkout! The sweetest soul I think you could ever meet.. I’m so blessed to have been able to have a good experience with this hotel. We also had an issue with the tv in the room and Jillian was quick to call the maintenance man. He fixed it up for us in no time! Having a hotel staff that can easily communicate with one another is something you don’t see often. I’ve been to several other choice hotels and nobody has taken care of me the way they did. It felt like I was being welcomed around their home. A great experience 10/10 woul

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff, especially Destiny. From the moment I spoke with her, she was kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive. She handled my situation with professionalism and compassion, and her customer service was exceptional. It’s rare to encounter someone who treats guests with such courtesy and understanding, and it truly made a difference in my experience. I also want to commend the hotel for fostering a culture of kindness and integrity, service like this is not common and should be recognized.
