Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warsaw by IHG

I have stayed here twice now while in town seeing family. I can't say enough good about this place. People are awesome. Every day they make sure I have clean towels and trash is empty. Breakfast is good. Plenty to choose from. Its not a big glamorous motel with fancy ballroom's but it is a great place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel every time I travel to and from my parent's house in Nebraska to mine in Pennsylvania. I have many choices along the way of hotels, but this is my favorite and always my first choice! The staff are perpetually kind-hearted and pleasant to interact with. The value of the hotel is very good and the rooms are very comfortable. Comfy beds and HOT showers. It's clean and top notch. Definitely a good hotel to feel at home away from home.

Had an overnight stay after the notre dame game. Night staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating of our needs. Paul was great pads were new and room was a comfortable temperature. In the morning, a delicious breakfast and user-friendly, fresh coffee machines.

Positive: Hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Negative: There were several black bugs crawling around the room especially in the bathroom. That kind of ruined the stay for me.

In reading reviews, I’m shocked to see someone else had our experience. The overflowing trash can outside is a sign of what’s inside. We were given a dirty room where the beds were just made but nothing cleaned. There was makeup smeared on one pillow. Hair everywhere- all in the bed, pillows, floor, night table, and shower. The toilet seat was dirty. The floor was filthy with crumbs, hair and even a dirty bandaid. One pillow reeked like body odor. When we called down to the front desk, we were told she would have to personally clean a room for us since housekeeping was gone. A few minutes later, she told us a room was marked as vacant and she discovered there was actually someone sleeping in it! Therefore, no clean room for us even though we booked it a month in advance.
