Comfort Inn & Suites Warsaw near US-30

Let's start with the positive things. It was a convenient stopping point since my familywas driving 22 hours to get home frlm vacation and we had to stop due to road conditions. That's all that was good about it and we stayed for 1 night. The front desk worker with the blue hair was really kind though. Get them a better job! As soon as we walked into the room, it was scorching hot and humid. The ride up to our room had an elevator with several pieces of gum stuck to it and the door wouldn't close for a good amount of time. The couch felt like wood blocks with fabric just set on top and the armrests were sharp. We ordered food in and ate before trying to go to bed. Too many things not working properly. The heating unit in the first room didn’t work on a cold wintry night, so we moved to another room. The telephone latch of the phone in both rooms stuck down and we were unable to speak to the front desk.The bath/shower tub didn’t drain properly. The large high sign in front of the property wasn’t on because it didn’t work. There were several inches of fresh snow on the ground when we arrived; it hadn’t been plowed or shoveled and I was unable to see where the curbs were located, had to guess. But the facility is potentially a good property. The front desk employee was helpful and provided good service.

I travel extensively for work.(Titanium member) This may be worst comfort inn I've stayed at. Pool closed, elevators broke, ice machines broke. Side entry doors broke. Fire department shut down 3rd floor. If you think management is better in cleanliness department you would be wrong. Rooms and hallways are either dirty or in disrepair. There are definitely much better options to stay at in Warsaw. Steer clear of this place

Absolutely horrible! Disgusting and falling apart. There was even trash in our room on the floor in our room when we came in. Pool was closed for maintenance and we weren’t told until after we checked in, which was the only reason we even booked with them. We contacted the GM, who was at another location, to make things right and she was extremely rude. The front desk girl, who said she was the front desk manger, was sweet but her 3/4 year old daughter was running around the lobby area also. While we tried to eat the complimentary breakfast her daughter stood at our table and stared at us. My husband went to talk to them at the hotel and took a few extra pics of the lobby and the refrigerator thermometer that shows clearly everything in it should be tossed and definitely not served! The hotel is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint this time is the very loud refrigerator. (In room 125) I think I maybe only slept for an hour or so max. It quite often kept me awake, woke me up just as I was finally dropping off or even woke me from a sound sleep once I managed to get there.
