HORRIBLE AND FILTHY. Not to mention swastikas on the door hair in the bathtub and the door handles to the rooms were so sticky. When I went down to try to check out she seemed to completely confused as to how to give a refund it was a complete hassle. After an hour on the phone with corporate I did get a refund but I will never visit this hotel again.

This is a former Super8 motel. It’s rather hard to find as it is off a frontage road with only a small sign on the building. Had king bed on 2nd floor. The good: Room was quiet, firm mattress, good tv. The bad: Shower didn’t work right, furnishings are worn but fairly clean. Hallways smell of smoke but room did not. No elevator. No one at desk at checkout- just a little sign and a wire basket stating to leave room keys here. The ugly: the breakfast & breakfast area. Orange juice nearly empty; cereal is ok if you like Cheerios & Raisin Bran as choices; exactly 3 muffins left; counter for food sagging. Did have some pre packaged breakfast sandwiches you could microwave. A few pieces of fresh fruit. All things considered, once was enough to stay here.

If you care about personal security, go somewhere else. I encountered two huge security concerns. First, the side door is always unlocked. The lock is broken and the staff knew this and warned me about it. They said it’s been broken for months. Second, when I called to make a reservation the owner answered the phone. He asked for my name, address, phone number, and all of my credit card info. Including card number, expiration and SEC code. When I arrived three-hours later the paper he had written my info on,(yes, I said paper not computer) was laying on the reception desk in plain view of everyone. I was shocked! The front desk girl tries to make me feel less upset about this situation by saying “it’s really safe here,” but she had no excuse for the reckless disregard of my financial or

My wife and I stayed here after a bad accident on US 30. The manager was extremely nice and very helpful in our time of need. The room we had was very clean. The heat/ AC worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. I didn't experience any loud noises from other guests or the road. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Newly renovated but work was not professional. Bathtub fixtures were usable, but hanging loose. Hot and cold were switched. New furnishings, but the curtains were worn. Two best things were the new bed (Very comfy) and the HVAC.
