Holiday Inn Express & Suites Valencia - Santa Clarita by IHG

I stayed for 11 days, so some of this stuff might not be relevant for a shorter stay.|Big clean room. Great shower with Dove products. Friendly helpful staff. One of my favorite things was the fresh, free, water available next to the kitchen area. I would take a glass (or two) up to my room each night. After the 3rd day I was craving healthier breakfast food. Fresh sliced tomatoes, more fruit, fresh juice (without sugar) cereal without sugar, etc. I also like to have potatoes and bacon every now and then for breakfast, and maybe some scrambled tofu rather than eggs. (The oatmeal option was most appreciated!). Maybe purchase a new toaster? ( the one you have takes forever!) The coffee was good : ). Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable, clean, and great staff I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Valencia. I stayed for over a week and everything was consistently clean and tidy—housekeeping was exceptional. The front desk team was also welcoming, professional, and resourceful anytime I had a question. Breakfast being available at 6:30 AM was a huge plus and made mornings easy. My room was a double and it was set up really well, with a desk and a day bed, which made it extra comfortable for a longer stay. You can hear the freeway at night, but honestly, I got used to it and it eventually became kind of soothing. The gym was also well maintained and kept clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, and I was promptly escorted to my room, which was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities, including the luxurious toiletries and high-speed Wi-Fi, were top-notch. The hotel’s on-site restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful highlight. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made exploring the area effortless. I love this place! It’s super clean and convenient. My family and I went to Six Flags during our stay. The breakfast was tasty and had everything you needed to complete the recommended nutrition charts. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfy and clean. I love how the TV is big and the beds were soft. The bathroom is spacious. (The coffee maker is a plus!!) :D There is also a business area where you could use a computer and copier. Very helpful. I didn’t have time to go explore the pool and the fitness room but I’d bet it’s awesome. I’d come back here again! Thanks for making this stay enjoyable!😀

This location is FANTASTIC. It started with RAINA at the front desk and she set the tone for my stay. PHENOMENAL customer service skills. Took EXCEPTIONAL care of me with the perfect room choice. The room is SUPER CLEAN and everything I needed. Hotel itself is REMARKABLY clean and is taken care of by a staff that really cares about this place. PERFECT location, all of the services you need are close by. Breakfast in the morning is WONDERFUL. My stay ended with another EXCEPTIONAL customer service of front desk person HOPE. If you are in this part of town, I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location.
