Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson North - Marana by IHG

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay My stay at the Holiday Inn in the Marana/Tucson area was a complete contrast to other experiences I’ve had while traveling. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and helpful. The front desk agent was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. After a long drive, that kind of service really matters. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. The hotel itself was well maintained, and everything was exactly as advertised. I felt valued as a guest, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through the Marana/Tucson area—especially if you’re looking for

Positive: Rooms were clean, nice showers, decent breakfast Negative: Front desk girl was rude. Elevator was taken out of service at 10pm. My husband & I are both disabled & traveling w a service dog. We can't do the stairs. Had to be moved to different room on 1st floor after it took HOURS to get our original room cool.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were excited that the lighting is much better (brighter) than many other places we have stayed at. We slept well; the mattresses were very comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and we both enjoyed staying for breakfast and not going out. It wasn't the usual continental breakfast - I'm talking breakfast with eggs and sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, and delicious cinnamon rolls - and the usual things you can find - oatmeal, pancakes, etc. So very good! The hotel overall is very clean and the staff are friendly.

We are Platinum members of IHG Rewards, and we have always been accustomed to staying at the Holiday Inn in Green Valley, as well as other locations, because they consistently offer excellent quality and service. To begin with, upon arrival and during check in, we were asked to make a one hundred dollar deposit as a guarantee against theft, with the explanation that theft is common at that particular location. We have never been asked for any type of deposit at any other Holiday Inn. Additionally, at checkout, the front desk agent completely forgot to return the money to us, and we had to remind them of the oversight.
