Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tucson by IHG

We stayed a total of 4 nights here on 2 separate stays during our trip to Tucson. This hotel is very conveniently located for the Saguaro National Parks as well as many other local attractions. The entire hotel is very nicely maintained. Everything was clean, fresh and inviting. The rooms were nice, clean and well kept. Comfortable, clean beds & linens, plenty of towels and wonderful accommodations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies were just incredible! The breakfast food & coffee was plentiful and delicious and they kept the dining area spotless. There was plenty of parking I would definitely recommend this location for your stay.

My experience was great. I had LOW expectations, considering that this is a Holiday Inn, but the staff, room, breakfast offerings, gym, and overall cleanliness and professionalism really blew me away. I requested additional pillows for my room, and the front desk staff delivered them right away. The staff was professional and courteous. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked for the price point. The gym was tiny but perfectly equipped for a brief stay. The breakfast buffet was super — especially the warm cinnamon buns! ||There were only two drawbacks: 1) this general location is absolutely swarming with drug addicts using and dealing out in the open near the adjacent freeway, so walking outside is an absolute no-go. VERY unsafe at all hours of day and night

Great price for a great stay. Room/bathroom was very clean. One of the best free hotel breakfasts you can get (bacon, eggs, omelettes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal with nice topping options, higher quality yogurts, juices, fruit, pastries, etc), and the ladies who were maintaining the breakfast were so friendly, kept everything stocked, warm, and spotless. Nice, clean, spacious dining area. Best coffee machine. Our room was also very super quiet and restful.

Another great experience at HIE. Check in/out were both quick and easy and the personnel were friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed (king) was very comfortable. Love the mattresses HIE uses. Even the pillows were better than average - not too firm, not too soft. Good selection of channels on the TV. The parking lot was almost full, but our room was very quiet. Easy access off IH10. The breakfast was typical, good to get you going in the morning. Love the cinnamon rolls. Appreciate they have yogurt and fresh fruit. The attendants kept everything stocked and tables cleaned. Very good value.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly staff. Veronica was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating to my requests and was very personable. The room was very large, clean, and the best was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff running the breakfast was very accommodating. The only issue with my stay was that I was assigned the last room on the top floor, and the WiFi was weak. That would be the only thing that I found to be an issue with my stay. Otherwise this was an outstanding hotel to stay at.
