Holiday Inn Express & Suites Torrington by IHG

The hotel has improved since my last stay. The hotel room was clean and the staff was courteous. I had a king size room and it was a nice room. While I had concerns about staying here again, it was a vast improvement over my last stay in September. Jorge was great at the front desk.

Great experience. Brand new hotel with renovation. Love the big breakfast, enjoyed pool and the hot tub. Rooms are beautiful, with new bedding etc. We were just passing through and needed the place to stay for the night, and i am glad we choose this. Strongly recommended.

Clean comfortable rooms. Sara and Randy at the front desk were very nice and professional. Breakfast was amazing. All the common areas of the property were clean and well maintained. Great place to stay if traveling to the area for work or pleasure. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, convenient. They are doing some remodeling, so some drywall patches are present, nothing bad, just something to be aware of until it's completed. My kids used the pool, it was colder than they would have liked, but the hot tub warmed them right up. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices and everything tasted great. Would definitely stay there again.

Honest review and been here several times. They have a shuttle that they do not use to help their customers when in need. The wash area is not kept clean and is dirty. There is dog crap in the yard all around so you can't take a walk. Rooms need remodeling. Breakfast is decent and area is fairly clean there. Management makes you pay 10 dollar incendentals even after you have stayed before and take care of your room (we leave ours better than it was especially in cleaning) rude staff. They are not making the hoilday inn Express shine that's for sure.
