Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Torrington

First night we stayed was good, nice cleaning room on the first floor. Great! Second night they made us move to a suite, which may have warranted and may have been a way to make us pay more for our second night. This room spacious, nice room. Shower was plugged and wouldn't drain and shower head was less than desirable. Zero water pressure. Slightly disappointing to pay more for less I guess.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff that is willing to go out of their way to help. Need a quick bite to eat? Try the wings, you won't be disappointed. We had early mornings and they made sure we had some breakfast items to go. Will be back next year.

Positive: Great breakfast and tremendous coffee. The breakfast is available at 6 AM, and as I was walking out to my vehicle at 5:15, the nice lady who prepared the breakfast offered to open the room because she had just finished preparing the breakfast. Great spot. Negative: ""

We stopped here for a night while traveling from Denver to South Dakota. It was just a quit stop over to break up the drive, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was great and the amenities far exceeded anything we found in any of the other places we stayed. Our room had a separate bedroom and living area. It had A full sized refrigerator and a cook top and microwave. Real dishes! A little store and a happy hour bar were surprises. We wished we could have stayed in this hotel at all of our stops. The breakfast was good and made it easier to get on with our trip. Highly recommend. The price was so reasonable for everything they offered.

The room was clean (except the refrigerator had someone's leftover pizza in it) and well maintained. I'm not sure how long the hotel has been there but everything looks new. The breakfast was very tasty and much better than a lot of hotel breakfasts we've had. At night all was quiet- no overly loud guests walking down the hall and no noise from the room above ours.
