City Slickers Rv Park

Good rv park. Water never froze on me during the winter, location is good. The entrance from the main road is pretty bad though so I wouldn’t recommend taking that one. If you plan on staying there for a long time keep in mind that you can’t get packages delivered because there’s no where to deliver them to so you have to get a PO Box at the post office. Overall though it’s a good spot.

So far this rv park is the best. The bathrooms are super clean and very nice. The lots are super clean on red rocks. There is weeds in the lots. They do need a bigger sign. So far everyone is very nice and welcoming. I see a lot of campers that are long term with there stuff next to them and the skirts on them. It's got everything to the t. It needs a playground for kids and maybe better way to keep the wind from throwing rocks at your face when your walking back from a serve storm. The prices are very good. July 1st they change to $500 a month which isn't a problem .

Good location. Bathroom/showers were clean. Choose your spot and pay via envelope. Great price $20 a night. First time we stayed here we had no issues. The second time we stayed a week later surge protector showed problems with the electrical at 2 different spots. Found a spot with no electrical issues but after leveling the RV and getting everything hooked up found out there was no water at the spot! Management was aware of the problem but didn't bother putting up a sign warning no water available at that particular sight. Stay at your own risk. Don't pay till you make sure everything works.

I've lived here for 2 years now the rent is reasonable 450.00 a month. It has men and women bathrooms and showers very well kept up and clean. Almost all the spaces are drive threw really nice people to rent from. It's close to everything

Appears clean, plenty of space for TV pulling vehicle. Location close to grocery stores. Could use some trees, etc., landscaping.
