Holiday Inn Express & Suites the Villages by IHG

Stayed in a King Suite with Sofa Bed. Room & bathroom were clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable/medium firm mattress. Bathroom had plenty of hot water, strong water pressure, and the sink counter had plenty of room for our stuff. Dove brand soap & shampoo products are featured. A/C was whisper quiet. The hotel staff was excellent. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Positive: Great location. Hotel overall was cute, and breakfast decent. Negative: Housekeeping not the greatest. When i arrived, there was a candy wrapper on the floor, and a hair and stains in the bath tub. The only thing they did during my stay was leave new towels. They did not make bed nor did they empty the trash or vacuum.

I am a holiday inn express frequenter. This one is great. They allowed me early check in so I could rest because I needed some sleep badly. The room was fantastic, clean as is the rest of the hotel. The staff is awesome. Breakfast is great as well, definitely was worth the price

Great stay, clean rooms with comfortable bed. The staff are very professional and friendly. The only thing I'll recommend to the breakfast setting which was -average, they need to add bagels, wheat bread, nuts&granola and apples. Overall it was a great stay

Room was very nice. Comfy bed. Very confusing being right next door to a holiday Inn and clear sign or over hang to show a 2nd hotel. Front check in is very small along with breakfast area. Both were closet small. No more than 2 people could fit in either.
