Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sterling by IHG

My family and I stayed here for 3 days a few weeks ago. We had a nice stay. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the one who stood out the most to me was Linda. She had such a warm and happy personality when she greeted us for breakfast in the mornings. She was constantly walking around making sure items were stocked and cleaning up after guest. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there and I wished there were more people like Linda in this world! Be blessed!

Everything was just the way you hope your hotel stay would be. Clean rooms, helpful staff , good breakfast options, super sweet rolls, comfy bed. But the one thing we didn’t expect was a great little nature preserve and lake out the back door of the hotel. The path around the lake was great, and we saw an otter family playing in the water and watching us. Delightful stay!

This is a little gem hotel. Well appointed. Clean. It is one of our favorite hotels in this class. Staff are always very friendly and cooperative. Excellent layout. The breakfast was exceptional with many hot and cold options. Highly recommended.

Every satisfied with the room. The thermostat was excellent and very responsive. I had to hunt for a charging port. The pillows are great. Would definitely stay here again.

Ricky at Holiday INN Sterling is fabulous! He helped me greatly in what I needed in my reservation and I cannot thank you enough! This is why I chose Holiday INN over and over! Great service and awesome people! I look forward to my stay very soon!
