Holiday Inn Express & Suites Searcy by IHG

1st room was absolutely disgusting I took plenty of pictures. So I was told at the desk the are doing some remodels which is funny because theyve been remodeling every since 2019 according to other reviews. Kind expensive for 1 single night $200. Back on the topic of rooms, we had to get a 2nd room because of filth in the 1st one and according to the front desk they were booked up for the whole weekend so options were limited. The beds are super comfortable but if you get a room on the front side of the hotel you wont sleep because of traffic and people moving all hours of the night. Light fixtures were in weird places and Vacuuming the halls doesnt clean the room. You would think that'd be obvious. Closet was dirty had a toenail, found a rat bait trap with droppings all over it.

The hotel itself was nice — clean lobby, good location, and overall a decent property. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired, and that’s why I’m giving a lower score. During my entire stay, there were only two front desk encounters that felt welcoming. Both times it was with women who were eager to assist and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Outside of those two moments, there was rarely anyone available without having to ring the bell and wait. Housekeeping was another major issue. My bed was never made, and the room was never cleaned during my stay. Towels were brought to my room, but instead of refreshing the bathroom, they were just left on the counter. Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the lack of consistent service really took away from the experienc

Relatively new, great location, great front desk staff. Room cleaning personnel come early on a weekend for my liking (9am) and that's the only option they said was possible. Overall nice stay, would recommend.

The hotel was amazing!! Everything was clean, the staff was very nice and caring, the breakfast was great. I had no issues with anything. Also this hotel just got some remodeling done which makes it look even better. Whenever I come back to Searcy I know where I am staying again.

This place is awesome. Big area by the pool to sit and relax, respectful staff and clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again. The county is dry, so if you are an alcohol drinker, be sure to buy your beverages before entering the county.
