Hampton Inn Searcy

I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Searcy, Arkansas! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is great—close to dining and the interstate, making it convenient for travelers. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay!

Positive: The cleaning ladies were very pleasant as well as the person who checked us in. Negative: The breakfast the first day the eggs and Saudi was not good. However the second day the bacon was very good

For the price of this hotel, I can't believe how dirty it is. There aren't baseboards on the whole second floor. My room had old dirty socks, M&M's in the floor, old kleenexes in the floor. The bathroom is in rough shape. The tub is chipped, the countertops were not clean. The coffee pot and all of its amenities are on the lower shelf below the TV under the microwave. It's just oddly placed. The breakfast was gross. Undercooked so-called fried potatoes, half cold sausages, rubbery boiled eggs. It's very very lackluster. Best off to grab an apple or a banana. To have a whole room just for that, it's a little sad. Y'all can do better than that. I checked out the pool. It's supposed to be heated but it was cool. It needs to be resurfaced badly. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Lack of outlets on one side of the bed was annoying. Huge bathroom. King size bed seemed small. Feet dangle over the edge occasionally. Pillows were too puffy. Shower had good water pressure. Night clerk was very accommodating with bottled water. Hot breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. Yogurt cereal and lots of bread options. Multiple juices available. Ran out of dark roast coffee. Lots of seating in the lobby area. Short distance (7minutes) from Harding University campus.

We stay with Hampton Inn hotels line quite often, and I have to say — this might be the most disappointing one we’ve experienced. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t horrible, but it definitely wasn’t up to the usual Hampton standard, and I’m pretty irritated that we paid $180 for this stay. My sister arrived around 9 p.m. with her family, and my family arrived just before 10 p.m. Check-in was fast, no complaints there. We headed straight to the pool before it closed, and that part was great — clean, well-kept, and exactly what you’d expect. Unfortunately, the issues started once we got to our rooms.
