Great Location! The location is the best part about our stay. The front desk (evening and morning) wasnt "that" friendly. The evening lady did at least speak and offer us complimentary water. The rooms are updated YET they are in need of some serious up keep. For the most part, they were kind of clean and the beds (king size) are a nice height for us tall people. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, desk and a lounge chair. I will come back only because of the location. My children did say breakfast was OK. Its a warm breakfast thats offered with the price.

I chose this hotel with hopes of a clean and welcoming facility to spend my mothers day weekend with my husband and children. When I walked in to check in the front desk smiled and welcomed me. She was so very kind. Check in was simple and quick. I have stayed at multiple hotels and this was the nicest and most welcoming experience I have every had. The facility was very clean. Our room was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The AC was already on which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and will always stay here from now on when we come to visit Rockport, TX.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn last week, the shower gel was empty, there was only 2 towels for 2 adults, there was not enough coffee cups or coffee . The telephone didn't work, we told the front desk lady and she said she would tell someone. The next day the other employee at the front desk said she was a new employee and was not helpful. Customer service is not that great.

Stayed here 2 nights over the Labor Day weekend. Room was very clean. Loved the hotel DOVE toiletries. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of hot water in the 🚿 shower. Breakfast was great. Scrambled 🍳 eggs, toast, biscuits with gravy, sausage, cinnamon rolls, plenty of hot coffee, cereal 🥣, waffles. Hotel has a pool & workout room, and it you want to go fishing all you have to do is cross the street It definitely could use more handicap parking. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

This place is very run down. We were members of IHG so it popped up and it was only 5mins from where we had plans so we booked it. It looked like someone had not cleaned in years, front desk lady was not friendly or helpful. She was too busy on her phone every time we went in the lobby. Don’t even get me started on the parking!!! It’s so small the main area to park is backed up within touching distance of an old gross looking apartment complex. Seemed super sketchy
