Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ridgecrest - China Lake by IHG

​Our family stayed here for one night before heading into Death Valley National Park, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel feels brand new, with an inviting lobby and a very friendly staff. The front desk was especially accommodating, honoring my request for an upper-floor room away from the elevators.||​Our fourth-floor room was impressively spacious and spotless. It was well-equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, and a large-screen TV. There was also plenty of room to organize all our luggage and backpacks—I honestly wish every hotel room was designed this well!||​The stay was incredibly quiet, with zero noise from the hallway or outside. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at 7:00 AM, which featured the standard Holiday Inn Express favorites, including their signatu

Stayed for 2 weeks and out of that whole time the WiFi/ Internet worked for a total of maybe 2 day. I also had to remind them to clean my room after a week of it not being done. After it was done I found signs they didn't even swap out my sheets. If I was y'all don't stay here. Was told the owners are cheap so they went with the cheapest provider. Where all other hotels and businesses have working wifi/Internet. Don't stay here if you have a choice!!!!

Brand new property with very clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. The workspace was excellent and comfortable for getting work done. WiFi worked but was not ideal. Breakfast was better than expected with higher quality, premium items. Toothbrushes and toiletries were available, which was a nice touch. Easily the best place to stay in Ridgecrest.

Newer hotel. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room. We noticed a one of the rooms left trash outside their door and it wasn’t picked up after almost two days. The public trashes were full as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was nice and had a few healthy options as well. I would stay again.

🛑 Stop 🛑 Sometimes you travel for reasons that are not the most ideal. Such as this trip for us. But, when you’re greeted with such professionalism and kindness. I have to recognize it. Jordan at this location was very accommodating to us, Jordan took the time to elevate our stay. Thank you for that… To predicate this review, this year alone I’ve taken 40 flights and have stayed in just as many hotels. I do not review hotels often. When I do, it’s a huge thank you to the individuals that make the stay away from home better. Which is the case here…
