Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Huron by IHG

We stayed 12/24 & 12/25 2025 & enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable & all staff were very helpful and professional. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts which were delicious & well-stocked. Tenisha did an amazing job keeping everything stocked with a smile and winning personality. She made our stay especially pleasant & made us feel right at home.

Our room was clean and spacious, with great heating and cooling, and light blocking shades. ||I don’t know the name of the person working at the desk late night on Friday, December 12, but she was super friendly and helpful. The person running the breakfast was Tenisha; she was hard-working, everything was meticulous, and she was super friendly with a big smile.||Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had… scrambled eggs, herbed potatoes, both bacon & sausage, variety of bread items (individually wrapped!), and the coffee maker freshly grinds and brews the coffee!!

The hotel and staff are of great quality. Any questions were answered accurately and quickly. The breakfast was of super quality and a lot of variety. While the room was clean and neat, it lacked walls and furniture treatments that would have reduced the echo of bare walls and sparse furniture. The divan or sofa was rock hard, making it very uncomfortable to sit upon. The echo in the room due to the lack of walls or furniture was most distracting. Overall, the room was good, but with minor sound treatments, it would have been great. The hotel is good and we would stay there again.

This location has all the traditional amenities of the Holiday Inn Express chain. Their staff is pleasant and accommodating during our stay with Thomas (manager) being helpful in explaining additional details with me about my status and hotel protocol. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, new coffee machines on property. The room was clean, the shower pressure amazing and the bed comfortable. Three nights here with consistent great service. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Wife and I needed to stay here for one night as we're traveling cross-country, the customer service here was great. Nick at the front counter was very helpful and kind, definitely want to give a shout out to him. The room was very clean and comfortable provided a well needed rest for my wife and I. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely be returning.
