Close to downtown and ample parking. The rooms are a little outdated, but still clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low but tolerable. Service was amazing! Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating. I used a digital key card, which meant I had limited interaction with them, but they were always friendly when I walked by. You cannot beat the view. I was here for a work conference and the food was very good.

Right on the river and there is a city park between the motel and the river. Room was spacious enough for our needs. Enough towels, firm bed, quiet room and plenty of parking because they have a convention center next door. |Comment. We paid extra for a room viewing the water to watch the ships go by. Remember there is a city park right in front with parking and you can go there to enjoy the boats going by and the riverfront. You can save some money by not asking for a water view.|Also, the motel is within a couple of miles of the lighthouse and light ship there in Port Huron.

Our 40+ persons work summit for 5 days was an absolute success in no small part due to the amazing service and staff at this location! The level of care and quick turnaround for any small bump was felt by every attendee. Our team who organized this event continues to get positive feedback about the staff, the food, and the comfort of the hotel. The workers in the restaurant, the lobby, the cleaning crew, everyone showed up 100% and we will absolutely keep this hotel in mind for future events. Thank you from HNB crew!

Upon checking in and getting into our room it was a disappointment. We had reserved a king bed with a water view. When we arrived in our room we had a beds a side view of the water. The bathroom needs some huge updates. The toilet is so low and needs to updated. The stopper in the bathroom sink does not work! The curtains in the room are so hard to close you have to pull them so hard that you feel as if the rod you use to close and them are going to break! The beds are on the higher side to get into them but yes once into the bed it was very comfortable and the pillows are very comfortable also. The buffet breakfast that we had was ok but all of the hot food was not hot at all. It was lukewarm to say the least about it. On the other hand the gift shop is absolutely amazing & the ladies wh
